Yoga ( All levels)

Hatha yoga is provided on all levels and includes breath work. Breath work incorporates how and when to breathe as well as different forms of breath to aid with anxiety, self esteem and balance of energy. Yoga is a life long practice of learning to breathe while creating flexibility, stability and agility. .

Sound Bath

Using crystal bowls with frequencies tuned to each chakra, sound/ vibration therapy enhances shifts in your energetic body to help with alignment of your chakras, crown to root.

Pole Instructor

Pole instruction is a comprehensive package of muscle toning, core strengthening, confidence, self esteem, understanding sensual and sexy movement to compliment your character and self love building.
